Sunapee Conservation commission Meeting Date March 3, 2010

Clayton Platt of Penny Royal Hill presented a map of Ledge Pond. The first parcel reviewed Map 207 Lot 27 no road way, no woods Road, unsure it anything was ever built all grown in. High and dry ground.
Map 207 Lot 28 subdivided in 1992 no evidence of right away on Dombroski.
Easement granted on Property do we need to refresh the line, pipe pin and we need a new blazed line. Flagged and brushed now. Blaze this spring. Town has a right away to cross the property, then we notify abutter owners we have researched and notify our intent of right away. Our deed shows right away. Dombroski have a right away on Mollica not in her deed to cross property. But both in our deed. Last time to use road, maybe walking but no driving. Plan a walk on mid to late April.
Map 211 Lot 26 History on the water shed protection no right away mention. Purpose water protection. No deeded right away. Parcels in transactions 1964 and 1998. 100 foot buffer from the high water mark. Clayton has started flagging. SCC will make the lines clear by blazing. Two new pins have been set.
Gore Lot Map 105 Lot 26 Deeded right of way, fill and clearing in 1987, culver indicated on map present. 2006 lines were painted Right away in 1955, to the town in 1967, 2007 represents 40 years of history of town using it. Claytons Report and Survey will be sent to Beth McQuinn at Ausbon Sargent Land Preservation Trust in New London.

Robert Hill made the motion to authorize Clayton Platt of Penny Royal Hill Surveyors to do the additional work of blaze (Red) and flag lots 207-28 and 211-26 all boundaries of both properties. Clayton will also attend meeting  with the abutters and the Conservation Commission members at a later date. The cost of this shall not exceed $1200.00 Rem Mastin Seconded. Approved 5, Opposed 0.

Rem Mastin made the motion to pay Penny Royal Hill Surveyors the final amount due submitted on an invoice dated 2/23/2010 for $1625.00 from the Conservation Commission Fund. This amount represents final payment of the $2,625.00 Estimate and work completed. Motion seconded by Tim Fleury. Approved 5, Opposed 0.

Tim Fleury made the motion to authorize to pay (Upper Valley Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission (UVLSRPC) $1971.50 final amount on the Master Plan Natural Resources Chapter for the Town of Sunapee. Funds to be taken from the Conservation Commission Fund. Invoice #02/10-10. Rem Mastin seconded the motion. Approved 5, Opposed 0

Robert Hill made the motion to pay the ASLPT  $500 membership renewal from the budget line item of Memberships after Town Meeting. Seconded Rem Mastin. Approved 5, Opposed 0.

Robert Hill made the motion to pay the New Hampshire Conservation Commission Annual Membership Renewal of $225. From the budget line item Memberships after Town Meeting. Seconded Rem Mastin. Approved 5, Opposed 0

Rem Mastin made the motion to approve and accept the SCC meeting minutes dated January 6, 2010 as written. Tim Fleury seconded the motion. Approved 5, Opposed 0  SCC did not have a February 2010 Meeting.
